The hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a beautiful camping experience but with all the comforts of a luxurious double bed and lovely bathroom. The remote check-in was a bonus for us as solo travelers, and the owners were great with communication. The location was fine and just a short walk into the lovely town of Bamburgh. The tent itself was wonderful, with a cozy wood-burning stove and all the necessary amenities provided. Gorgeous tent with all the necessary amenities provided, including a comfy bed and a great burner to keep warm. the toilets were clean and modern, and the provided soap, shower gel, and shampoos were a nice touch. the location was perfect, being so close to the beach and the castle in Bamburgh. It was a delightful and well-located escape from daily life.
The hot water in the showers didn't really work, which was a downside. It would have been helpful to have a gate as part of the fencing around the tent to prevent dogs from neighboring tents from entering the outdoor area.

The tents were absolutely mind-blowing! They were spacious but still felt cosy and luxurious. The bedding was top-notch, and the bed was super comfy. The indoor and outdoor wood-burning stoves kept us toasty warm. The attention to detail was jaw-dropping - the vintage wash basin in the converted, horse box bathroom was a unique touch. The welcome drink added a LOVELY touch to our stay. The ice for the cool box and bottled water were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend for a super comfortable and enjoyable stay.
